The B.E.S.T. Assistive Technology Center is a program of the Little Tennessee Valley Educational Cooperative (LTVEC), a non-profit educational agency in Loudon, Tennessee.
The Assistive Technology Center was created in 1999 through a collaborative partnership with eight (8) school systems in the southeast Tennessee region and strives to provide high quality Assistive Technology services and trainings to these participating systems.

- McMinn County
- Meigs County
- Monroe County
- Sweetwater City
The Center for Assistive Technology and BEST Purchasing Programs are operated by The Little Tennessee Valley Educational Cooperative, a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization registered as a charity with the Tennessee Office of the Secretary of State.
