B.E.S.T. Center Purchasing Program

This state-approved program was designed to help school systems and agencies save money on Assistive Technology purchases. | Click for more details

Our discount purchasing program works like this:

  • Participating members receive a discount price list identifying all companies who offer special pricing to Tennessee schools or non-profit agencies.
  • Members use this list of discounts to prepare Purchase Orders
  • Purchase orders are faxed or mailed to LTVEC. 
  • We then submit them directly from our agency to the participating vendor or manufacturer.
  • All items are shipped directly to the school system who placed the order.
  • We pay the supplier within 30 days and, in turn, send an invoice to the school system.

Who Can Shop at the BEST Co-op?

  • Public school systems
  • Private schools
  • Colleges and Universities
  • Government agencies: County Health Departments, DDA, DDC, TN Dept. of Education, US Veterans Affairs Office
  • Organizations: UCP; ARCs; Easter Seals, Head Start Programs, Day Care Centers, Lion's or Kiwanis Clubs
  • Teachers and Therapists
